Is India planning an
orchestrated ‘terrorist’ attack on a nuclear facility to
demonize Bangladesh & Pakistan, alarm the Western world,
and terminate on going Sikh/Pak bonhomie symbolized by the
cross border Amritsar-NankanaSahib bus service for Sikh
pilgrims?
India is also fuelling
insurgency in Pakistani Baluchistan by smuggling arms and
explosives on small low draft Honduras registered tramp
ships which rendezvous with insurgents off the Baluchistan
coast near Pakistan’s Astola Island?
India, which practices
state-sponsored terror at home (November 1984 anti-Sikh
pogrom, the 2002 Gujarat pogrom are two examples of
internal state-sponsored terrorism) and exports terror to
neighboring countries, seems to be planning a ‘tamasha’ of
an ‘orchestrated terrorist attack’ on an Indian nuclear
facility, a la the sham ‘terrorist operation’, executed by
its intelligence agencies, under the glare of whirling TV
cameras, outside its parliament building in New Delhi, on
13 December 2001. December 13 Parliament 'attack' in New
Delhi was orchestrated by Indian intelligence agencies a
la the March 2000 Chitthisinghpura Sikh massacre in Indian
held Kashmir during President Clinton's state visit to
India.
Observers are convinced that the Chanakiyan decision
makers in New Delhi are planning to very soon use an
orchestrated ‘terrorist attack’ on an Indian nuclear plant
to solicit empathy from the Western world, demonize
India’s not-so-friendly’ Eastern and Western neighbors,
Bangladesh and Pakistan, and terminate the growing
Sikh/Pakistani bonhomie symbolized by the cross border
Amritsar-NankanaSahib bus service which facilitates Sikh
pilgrimage to that Sikh holy city in Pakistan.
According to numerous reports planted in the Indian media
recently, which have Indian intelligence ‘finger prints’
all over them, a
Pakistan based Muslim organization,
named Lashkar-e-Toiba, is supposed to be ‘planning strikes
on nuclear installations in India.’ (The sensational story
headlined, ‘N-plants on Lashkar hit list: Govt.” in the
prestigious English language Kolkatta-based Telegraph
newspaper of Aug. 01, 2006,
is typical of those ‘Machiavellian’ press reports:
www.telegraphindia.com/1060801/asp/nation/story_6551557.asp)
A similar report was carried in the Khaleej Times of July
31, 2006, which said that India’s Defence Minister, Pranab
Mukherjee, has repeated a warning in parliament, first
aired by India’s National Security Advisor M.K. Narayanan
(who appears to be increasingly unmindful about the
imprudence and impropriety of making public statements)
that secret information indicates some Lashkar-e-Tayyeba
terrorists from Pakistan were going to target an Indian
nuclear facility.
One would assume that key aides of an Indian Prime
Minister (like the Defence minister Pranab Mukherjee and
National Security Advisor M.K. Narayanan) are expected to
be discrete and are supposed to always maintain a low
profile! This is not so in the world’s largest Castocracy
run by an appointed, not elected, ‘Sikh’ Prime minister
who owes loyalty to an Italian import, the widow of the
‘butcher of Delhi’, the late Prime minister Rajiv Gandhi.
Incidentally Prime minister Rajiv Gandhi was the mass
murderer, who ordered the state sponsored massacre of the
Sikh minority in November 1984 in which thousands of
innocent Sikh men, women and children were butchered, by
frenzied Hindu mobs, under direction and supervision of
the police and Congress party apparatchiks who had
received a ‘wink and a nod’ from the then Prime minister.
It would be facetious to dismiss the Indian National
Security Adviser Narayanan's above comments as either
incorrect or exaggeration; after all, he is the repository
of various intelligence inputs and presides over the
national security establishment of which he has been a
part all his life. If there were any doubts about his
assertion, those doubts have been removed by Defence
Minister Pranab Mukherjee, a seasoned senior politician,
who informed the Lok Sabha, (India’s parliament) last
Monday, that the Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Tayyeba
‘terrorists’ are planning to carry out some strikes on
critical infrastructure, like Indian nuclear, military and
religious sites.
However, well-informed Sikh sources in India, (who count
on the input of 22 million pairs of
not-so-friendly-to-India eyes and ears, and who are always
looking and listening) are convinced that an orchestrated
‘terrorist attack’ on a nuclear plant is currently being
planned, in New Delhi, which could be similar to the sham
‘attack’ organized, on December 13, 2001, by the
‘dirty-tricks’ department of Indian intelligence agencies,
outside the British-built Indian parliament building in
New Delhi. Readers will recall that all the characters who
acted the part of ‘terrorists’ in that December 2001
attack on the Indian parliament, were properly and
promptly slain on the spot under the glare of whirling TV
cameras. Sources say that the planned sham attack on an
Indian nuclear facility could also be on the lines of the
June 1, 2006 ‘terrorist attack’ on
the Nagpur headquarters of the fascist RSS party, which
later turned out to be an orchestrated fake
encounter/murder. In that episode three innocent
‘terrorists’, were put to death, with much fanfare, by the
police in broad daylight, in front of the public. Within
minutes of the June 1 Nagpur orchestrated fake encounter
the infamous Neo-Nazi Chief minister of far away Gujrat
state, Narendra Modi, (the God-father of the 2002 Gujrat
pogrom) promptly announced a huge monetary award for the
gallant police of Maharashtra state who had intercepted
and executed the three ‘Pakistani terrorists’. For

Sikhs, who are known for their long
memory, remember India’s track record of callously
planning and orchestrating numerous coincidental massacres
and state-sponsored ‘terrorist’ incidents or bomb blasts
synchronized with political events or VIP visits to India.
The Chitthisinghpura Sikh massacre in Indian-occupied
Kashmir, in March 2000, synchronized with President
William J. Clinton’s state visit to India comes to mind.
Even President Clinton himself, in his introduction to his
Secretary of State, Mrs. Madeliene Albright, 2006, latest
book ‘THE MIGHTY AND THE ALMIGHTY’ (published by Harper
Collins Publishers. ISBN-10: 0-06-089257-9) remembers the
horror of the Chitthisinghpura mass murder of innocent
Kashmiri Sikhs in the following words:- “ During my visit
to India in 2000, some Hindu militants decided to vent
their outrage by murdereing thirty eight Sikhs in cold
blood. If I hadn’t made the trip, the victims would
probably still be alive. If I hadn’t made the trip because
I feared what religious extremists might do, I couldn’t
have done my job as President of the United States.” End
quote.
While the Indian media is flooded
with planted reports by journalists full of ‘inside
information’ about the intentions of the obscure
Lashkar-e-Tayyeba to attack Indian nuclear plants, not one
Indian journalist, or newspaper, has had the integrity to
expose and condemn the continuing hush-hush transfer by
the Indian government of arms, explosives, cash etc., to
fuel the insurgency in Pakistan’s largest resources-rich
province of Baluchistan. Everyone knows that the
Baluchistan Liberation Army (BLA), banned by Pakistan and
Britain recently for terrorist activities, has been
carrying out acts of sabotage in Pakistani Baluchistan,
with the help of Indian-supplied money, expertise,
explosives, arms and ammunition. The Baluchistan
insurgency is being covertly coordinated by a dozen Indian
Consulates/ Embassies located nearby, in the general area,
within a radius of about six hundred miles - Kandhar,
Herat, Jalalabad, Kabul, MazarSharif, Zahidan, Mashad,
Shiraz, Dushanbe, Bishkek, Tashkent, Ashgabat.
Our sources have confirmed a report
that one covert Indian consignment of explosives for the
insurgents in Baluchistan, from the Sikandarabad based
Premier Explosive Limited, which was being transported
last December from Mumbai to Baluchistan, on a very small
(700 tons), shallow draft, Greek-owned, tramp freighter
MV: EUGENIA, (registered in Honduras with a 6-man Russian
crew and a Russian skipper, Mr. Khakhi Sergei) met with an
‘accident’ on the high seas. In that incident the
‘arms/explosives’ consignment was dumped into the Arabian
sea when the ship’s Russian Captain lost his nerve when he
spotted a patrolling Pakistan Naval motor boat near the
rendezvous point with insurgents/ smugglers, off Pakistani
Astola Island, (Geographical coordinates: 25°07'N,
63°52'E.) a few miles South East of the small Pakistan
Baluchistan seaport of Pasni.
Following the incident even a prestigious newspaper like
the Calcutta-based Telegraph willingly became a part of
the official ‘smoke screen’ to hide the ‘gun-running’ by
India, to Baluchistan and its reporter became a willing
tool of the ‘dirty-tricks’ department of Indian
intelligence. The newspaper published a ‘cock-and-bull’
front page story, by Sujan Dutta, headlined, “Ship loses
deadly cargo”, in the Telegraph newspaper of Dec. 25,
2005, which claimed that the MV. MV: EUGENIA,
(www.telegraphindia.com/1051229/asp/frontpage/story_5657281.asp)
was towed into Mumbai harbour after six containers of
explosives (that were being sent to the Indian Border
Roads Organisation (BRO), for its Zaranj to
Delaram Road project in Afghanistan,
through Iran) went missing from the vessel. It is
intriguing that India could only find the tiny MV:
EUGENIA, an old 700 ton tramp ship, for shipping
explosives to Afghanistan! This infamous ship has a
gun-running ‘history sheet’ of having been detained, in
early September 2005, by the Kolkata Port Trust at the
Kidderpore docks as it was carrying arms and ammunition
from Yugoslavia for Bangladesh and Indonesia. In July 2005
the same ship, carrying 300 tons of arms and ammunition,
was escorted to the Indian port of Mormugao because of SOS
reports that it was sinking.
The Telegraph newspaper, and other media outlets, which
gave ‘ink’ to the above cock-and-bull story (and willingly
became a part of the covert activities of Indian
intelligence) should have realized that the incident of
missing explosives being reported, was a classic case of
‘gun-running.’ It was also a gross violation of
international laws relating to the carriage/
transportation of explosives onboard ships as enunciated
in the International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code (IMDG
code) of the International Maritime Organization (IMO), a
UN agency of which India is a member. The IMDG Code
provides guidelines for transport of dangerous goods by
sea. Besides, the international convention for the Safely
of Life At Sea 1974 (SOLAS 1974) also stipulates the
requirements for packaging cargo of explosives. All
dangerous cargo shipped by packages or boxes should be
packed in good condition and provided protection for
shipment at sea and port. Also, the containers that carry
dangerous cargo should meet the specifications to
Containers Safely Convention (CSC) 1972 and shipment of
dangerous cargo by containers should be subject to the
requirements of the IMDG Code. The fact that out of
thousands of ships available in this world the Indian
exporter, Secunderabad-based Premier Explosive Limited,
could only find the broken down tiny MV: EUGENIA to carry
the highly combustible cargo to Afghanistan, proves the
truism that, “people always overdo the matter when they
attempt deception.” Here India was indeed attempting
deception.
All the above sensational newspaper
reports and the gun-running episode will make more sense
if the readers remember the Hindu 'holy book',
Arthashastra, (written in the 4th century B.C. by a
Brahmin minister of Emperor Chandragupta Maurya, known to
historians as Chanakya or sometimes Kautilya) an ancient
‘Machiavellion’ guide to statecraft. This horrible guide
to statecraft, which has become the ‘Bible’ of India’s
current, Brahmin caste dominated, amoral ruling elite,
advocates state terrorism and encourages, the ruthless use
of terror, among other vile activities, like fraud,
treachery, torture, forgeries, rumor-mongering, extensive
espionage, use of agents provocateurs and poison etc.,
etc. An excellent, and more detailed, description of this
'holy book of Hindu Wisdom' - Arthashastra - and its
overwhelming influence over the thinking of India’s ruling
elite has been given by a well known American journalist,
Ms. Barbara Crossette, on page 102 of her 1993 excellent
book ‘India Facing the twenty-first Century.’ This
excellent ‘must-read’ book (ISBN0-253-31577-8) was
published by the Indiana University Press. Ms. Barbara
Crossette was the New York Times correspondent in India
from 1984 to 1991 and Professor of Journalism from 1980-81
in the Punjab University at Chandigarh.
And last but not the least and most
important of all for the Sikhs, the Indian government
plans to use an orchestrated incident near a nuclear plant
as an excuse to terminate, the ‘eye-sore’ for the Indian
rulers, the bus service for Sikh pilgrims, which currently
runs between Amritsar in India to Nankana Sahib in
Pakistan and back. The bus which strikes fear in the
Brahmin’s mind, is a breath of fresh air for the millions
of Sikhs captive for sixty years, behind the barbed wire
on the Indo/Pak border, who have been praying for such an
opening and want to have the facility to visit the
numerous Sikh holy shrines located in Pakistan. The bus
which symbolizes the developing Sikh/ Pakistani bonhomie
(all Sikh visitors have been warmly welcomed and are
treated as equals and long-lost brothers in Pakistan
unlike the second class status of Sikhs in India) troubles
the members of the Hindu upper caste dominated ruling
elite who currently rule the roost while they strutt
around in the palaces built in New Delhi, by the Colonial
British, on stolen Sikh gurdwara lands.
